A Riviera inspired immersive dinner event designed and delivered from concept to execution, blending graphic design, spatial styling, and event management to create a cohesive PR ready brand experience.
The project centred on transporting guests to the Côte d’Azur through carefully considered visual touchpoints and atmosphere. I designed all event collateral, including bespoke menus, mirrored signage, and printed assets, ensuring consistency across typography, tone, and colour palette. Each element was crafted to feel refined yet playful, encouraging guest interaction and shareable moments throughout the evening.
Beyond design, I took ownership of the event organisation and on the ground delivery. This included planning the guest journey, managing setup and timings, coordinating styling and installation, and ensuring the event ran seamlessly from arrival to final service. Attention to detail was key from placement of graphics to how guests moved through the space and experienced each moment.
Content creation was embedded into the event strategy, with behind the scenes footage, build processes, and live event moments captured to support social media, PR storytelling, and portfolio use. The result was an experience led event that not only looked visually strong but functioned smoothly, created memorable moments, and demonstrated how design can elevate brand communication through physical experiences.
This project reflects my approach to PR-led event design: strategic, detail driven, and rooted in creating meaningful, shareable experiences that connect brands with their audiences.
